Buddha’s Child Flower

This painting is a collage where I have used a couple of prints; one silkscreen on the left and a woodcut towards the right. The patterned paper was bought in India when I was back packing there in the 90s.  A lotus flower represents the transience of life as it floats on a sea of – knowing and not knowing.  There are also pages out of the Tibetan book of the dead. This is a comment on the fact that only each individual knows what to believe. Trust your heart.
